Day 1
10:00am - Truffle hunting and lunch with a "Trifolau".
During the white truffle season, accompanied by a "Trifolau" and his faithful dogs, The Sybarite members will go in search of the white diamond. Together, they will hear numerous stories of the truffle hunters during a very informal lunch with one of them.
12:00pm - Free afternoon to enjoy the outstanding Italian countryside and unique setting overlooking the vineyards.
To close the first day, The Sybarite members will enjoy a delightful 5-course starred dinner with a selection of Chef Federico Gallo's creations to enhance the flavours and aromas of the White Truffle of Alba at Loncanda del Pilone.
Members will enjoy a beautiful stay at Locanda del Pilone.
Day 2
10:00am - Smart Cooking School.
An enchanting morning in the Michelin-starred kitchen of Locanda del Pilone where, together with the brigade, The Sybarite members will discover the secrets of the truffle recipes.
12:00pm - Lunch at the Bistrot of Locanda del Pilone where members will find small samples of delicacies made with the truffle previously hunted.
15:00 - Learn how to buy truffles: meeting with truffle merchants.
To close the experience, The Sybarite members will enjoy a private meeting with truffle merchants where they will learn all the secrets to buy the right truffles.
