Enjoy this unique opportunity to explore the Uffizi Gallery, Italy's most important museum, once all the crowds have gone home.

Discover the museum’s treasures with a dedicated English speaking Art Historian as you wander the museum’s empty corridors and admire the sunset over the Ponte Vecchio.

Usually surrounded by hundreds of craning necks hoping to catch a glimpse, this won't be the case as you'll be able to stand without interruption as you intimately view Botticelli's Birth of Venus, one of the most famous paintings in the world. To examine the smallest details of such a masterpiece without being rushed is truly one of life's privileges. This experience is for up to 4 persons.

The Uffizi Museum houses a collection of unparalleled masterpieces by artists like Giotto, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Rafaello, Botticelli, and many more, ranging from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance and beyond.

The building of the Uffizi complex was entrusted to Giorgio Vasari in 1560 for Cosimo I de' Medici. According to Vasari, who was not only the architect of the Uffizi but also a painter and probably the first art historian, artists such as Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo gathered at the Uffizi, calling it "for beauty, for work and for recreation.”
