Sample Itinerary:
08:30-10:00 am: Arrival at the Venue with a warm welcome from our Horse Expert, who will provide accreditations.
09:00-09:45 am: Early arrivals can enjoy breakfast in the VIP lounge (available until 10:00 am) with an open bar serving drinks and champagne throughout the day.
09:45-11:15 am: Exclusive tour of the facilities, including the Competition Arena, Warm-up Arena, Stables, Grandstand, and Shopping Village.
11:15 am-12:00 pm: Engage with the horses as you meet our partner's horses, with the groom explaining the daily life of a sport horse. Guests can pet them and offer treats.
12:00-02:00 pm: Lunch at the VIP lounge featuring local specialties, accompanied by premium wines and champagne while enjoying the competition.
02:00-02:40 pm: Observe and learn about our partner's Groom, responsible for preparing the horse for the warm-up.
02:40-03:15 pm: Witness the partner's warm-up routine and gain insights into the detailed exercises involved.
03:15-04:00 pm: Watch our partner in action as they jump and cool off the horse.
04:00-06:00 pm: Enjoy free time at the Shopping Area.
06:00-08:00 pm: Conclude your experience with a delectable dinner at the VIP lounge, savouring local specialties, premium wines, and champagne while immersing in the final moments of the competition.
