Your safety is our top priority for our members and our partners alike, and we work closely alongside our partners to ensure all experiences are safe for our members. When booking an experience, do not hesitate to ask our team for any further information on the COVID-19 precautions that are in place in the country/ destination of your experience. For any further questions, please contact our team here and we would be more than happy to answer any further questions or worries you may have.

Step into our world of luxury experiences, and start your journey here. We provide a summary of our experiences on individual experience pages, but we are always happy to provide more information. Scroll to the bottom of each experience to fill in a Booking Request form, which will include your preferred dates and any further requirements you may have. A member of our team will be in touch in 24 hours to help you through the booking process.

The Sybarite is a bespoke service, and as such, we like to work with our members to tailor the experience to your needs. Once a request has been submitted, a member of our team will be in touch, and will be your dedicated experience advisor. You will work alongside them to ensure all your requests are met. Once you are satisfied that your experience is customised perfectly to you, we will send you a payment link. Look out for a payment confirmation email, and your dedicated advisor will also stay in touch with you, after your booking and before your experience takes place. Happy booking!

This is exactly what we are here for. When working with your dedicated advisor, let them know whatever extras you may need and we can arrange that for you. If you’re not enjoying your membership or your subscription any longer, we’d love to know why, so that we can try to improve your experience, but if you’re set on departing, you’ll just need to send an email to info@TheSybarite.org and we’ll ensure you have a smooth transition.

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, this may just be that you’re trying the wrong email or password (we know, there are too many to remember!). If you’re struggling with your password, you can simply hit the forgot password option on the login popup. If you’ve forgotten your email or username, you can contact us at info@TheSybarite.co and we’ll work with you to get back into The Sybarite as soon as possible. Alternatively, we may be experiencing a rare hiccup with the platform, if this is the case, rest assured, we’re working on it already!
