Acquisitions can be tricky business, but when you’ve got two industry powerhouses involved, it’s a bit of a different story. News broke late last year that global communications firm J/PR would be expanding its footprint across the pond through an acquisition of luxury travel and lifestyle agency Sadler&co. The official release discussed the aligned business values and company cultures that helped support the new direction, but it was clear to all involved that the long-standing relationship of two important stakeholders helped to solidify the deal.
