Ever wanted to have a genuine Masterclass with a Michelin-starred chef? Head Chef Zanoni of Four Seasons restaurant George and previously sous-chef at Gordon Ramsay's Amaryllis, Petrus and Claridge's is sharing his expertise with those who want to experience the real deal at his Atelier in Versailles.

Chef Simone Zanoni has been immersed in gastronomy since the age of six. His love of cooking was born from a heritage of strong family values, and traditions that have remained dear to him. In Simone’s view, a dish is unique “when you have put your heart into it and created a journey of flavours", according to the Four Seasons.

The choice is up to you.

At their Atelier in Versailles, Chef Zanoni's team can arrange a Masterclass based on your preferences whether it be a team building experience to cooking classes and/or a "simple" dinner animated by Chef Simone Zanoni.

All experiences are personalised and tailored and even makes for the perfect gift for that special person.

Their most sought-after experience is their half day immersion in the Chef's universe. Below is a sample itinierary.


Everyone arrives all together at the beautiful Versailles Market in "Place du Marché" (Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays) during summer season they can also propose a visit to the marvellous Chef's Zanoni vegetable garden in Versailles.

Next, stop by their friend Giuseppe's for the best espresso in town...

While at the market, Chef Zanoni will show guests around, discovering the best local products and suppliers, before grabbing the missing ingredients for the cooking experience.


Once arriving at Casa Zanoni, guests will get to discover Chef's Zanoni chic and yet uninhibited universe, visiting his aquaponic garden, finding the most beautiful aromatic herbs and picking fresh eggs directly at his chicken hen house, in order to start cooking all together.

The cooking class will be fun as Italian cuisine is known for its generosity and flavours. Chef Zanoni can surely get more technical if he feels the guests want it. Guests can feel rest assured that Chef Zanoni is always understanding of the situation and adapts every move depending on the guest's personality.


Before lunch, the Chef will open his hidden private wine cave and invites guests to join him to choose between some of the best selections of Champagnes and wines before enjoying lunch all together.

Finally, experiencing Chef's coffee machine and his delicious Italian coffee, followed by Chef's homemade Limoncello and/or any other digestive bitter available at Chef's wine cave is the cherry on top of this story-telling journey.

Towards the end of the experience, guests can leave with a customized apron with an option to add any other Casa Zanoni goodies on request.

This experience is based on 2 to 8 guests with a customised apron included.

Additional food and beverage is an additional. Chef Zanoni offers various menus ranging from classic Italian dishes to more sophisticated produce such as Caviar or white truffle depending on the season.
