Armed with a Master's Degree in Food Anthropology from the prestigious SOAS, University of London, Ilaria is a true connoisseur of global flavours. Her adventurous palate has led her on a quest to uncover the world's most tantalising tastes, and her expertise as a trained sommelier ensures a seamless marriage of food and wine.
