Merit Beauty has launched its first fragrance in Retrospect L'Extrait de Parfum — a timeless scent designed to last. Partnering with master perfumer Fanny Bal, the end result is a curated blend of bergamot, pear, vanilla, violet and musk. Described as warm, floral and clean, Retrospect is a perfect transition scent from day to night, with a robust yet gentle profile that is sure to attract compliments. The concentrated formula is made up of nearly 30% fragrance oil and contains less alcohol, allowing the scent to linger on the skin for longer than the average perfume. Be sure to secure a bottle before it sells out!
Alfi, the fun-spirited wine bar and restaurant in Spitalfields market, has launched a new offering. Every Wednesday from 5-7pm, you can enjoy a delicious range of low-intervention, biodynamic wines on tap for £15 per person, per hour. Adventurous wine lovers will fawn over the zesty orange wine, while the traditional tipple enthusiasts will appreciate the curated range of whites and reds. Come for the wine but be sure to stay for a few dishes, we'd recommend the succulently grilled plaice, the delightfully creamy grilled aubergine, and of course, the nutella tiramisu. This offering has already proven to be the perfect midweek treat, so be sure to book in and give it a try.

Get ready for CAFE MONDO! Opening Friday, 22nd November, Mondo Sando’s first-ever spot brings you an all-day sandwich haven and late-night dive bar on Peckham Road.
