As I entered the Fitzrovia salon I instantly felt a sense of calmness, the staff were all very friendly and relaxed and, considering this was a luxury salon with many celebrity clients, there was no stuffiness at all. I was attended to with the utmost courtesy and gentility; this is a salon that knows how to keep their clients very happy indeed - I thought, as I sipped a lovely glass of red wine. Another instance of wow factor, for me, was the room in which my colour was taken off and where many of the amazing hair treatments are applied. I was instantly transported to my favourite spa in Malaysia; it had low-lighting, calming sounds, and the bust of Buddha sitting proudly in the middle of the room. It was truly a space which encouraged a sense of zen and the perfect place to relax as my hair was washed, and my head was massaged.
From the beginning to the end, I had a wonderful experience, and I was so pleased with my new colour and gorgeous shiny hair.
