1. Eligibility:
The Sybarite’s Instagram Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of the United Kingdom.
2. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on Tuesday 8th August 2023 and ends on Friday 18th August 2023 - both dates inclusive.
3. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

Like the giveaway post on @TheSybarite's account.
Tag at least two friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
Share the post on their story.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize package consisting of products from LOVE BRAND & Co., Oxford Healthspan Supplements, Ottolenghi and Azaleri. The specific contents of the prize package are subject to availability and may vary. The total approximate retail value of the prize package is £900.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be announced on Monday 21st August 2023 on @thesybaritelife's social media platforms. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified to claim the prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize Delivery:
The prize package will be sent to the winner's provided mailing address within 2 weeks from the date the winner's address is confirmed.
7. Publicity Release:
By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow The Sybarite, LOVE BRAND & Co., Oxford Healthspan Supplements, Azaleri, and their respective affiliates to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
The Sybarite reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway process.
The Sybarite is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The Sybarite, LOVE BRAND & Co., Oxford Healthspan Supplements, and Azaleri are not responsible for any potential allergic reactions, adverse effects, or health issues resulting from the use of the prize package.
