If you're looking for a pit stop bite, a killer cocktail or simply to hangout with the catwalk crowd, The Sybarite has you covered with these fabulously fashionable hangouts that are a 'must' for the fashionistas at New York's famous fashion week.

Pitch at The Bronx Brewery
Pitch is the unconventional ‘restaurant/supper club’, brought to you by none other than a Columbia University senior, who started the concept last year based from his dorm kitchen. To say it was a runaway success is a huge understatement - Pitch ended up pulling in over a thousand people on its waitlist before moving to a slightly bigger off-campus apartment. During New York’s Fashion Week, you will get the chance to skip the 1000+ strong waitlist and experience the hottest table in town, as Pitch has teamed up with The Bronx Brewery for a one-night-only event of February 20th. The immersive dining experience begins at 7.30pm and includes bites, beer and sensory engagement, with tickets priced at $50 - this is definitely a hotspot to check out and refuel at during NYC’s Fashion Week.

The Regal
For the perfect late night pitstop during Fashion Week, The Regal is the place to see and be seen. Serving elevated diner food in Williamsburg, alongside boozy shakes, cocktails and craft beer till 5am, these lot stay up late. Brought to you by the minds behind Lower East Side restaurant Hotel Chantelle (who recently have taken up residency in London), expect a warehouse-y diner with a menu full of comfort food at it’s finest. Think fried cheese sticks made from Burrata, meatloaf with chorizo and tuna melts made with sushi grade tuna carpaccio and tomato confit. If you head over from Thursday to Saturday, they will be serving their ‘life-restoring’ chow until 5am, meaning late night food options after NYC’s Fashion Week just got infinitely better.

La Nacional
The owner of notoriously exclusive hotspots Up & Down and 1 OAK, Richie Akiva has brought a new Cuban-themed lounge to the city, redefining New York’s nightlife. Created in mind of his “crowd getting older”, and with high-flying friends including Leonardo DiCaprio,  Naomi Campell and Rihanna, this haute has been designed to be rather intimate and very private, appealing to “the groups that don’t want to be in the bigger nightclubs anymore”. Before opening, Akiva told The Times “it’s going to be one of the hardest places to get into” and that it is! You may need to grab an A-Lister off the catwalk to get into this haute, but believe us it’s worth it. Located where his first spot ‘Butter’ stood, Nacional brings a Cuban flair to the city, giving your evening a whole lot of flavour.

Toro
The ideal place to celebrate after a hectic Fashion Week. Sit back sip on a fabulous cocktail, chow-down on some uni and hang out with arguably the coolest crowd the city has to offer. This is the place to party, as the 120-seat dining room channels the spirit of Barcelona’s lively tapas bars and features a mix of both industrial and refined elements. The space invites you to either dine with friends or enjoy quick bite at the sleek bar or busy plancha. And if you’re really curious, order a porrón off the wall guarded by the head of their well-fought Spanish bull.
