What is Le Haus? Le Haus West Indies is a vacation travel and holiday Club offering Members access to a curated portfolio of residences, suites and experiences across the Caribbean. How does Founder Membership work? It is a membership club with a one-time payment that gives members 30 annual days to escape to paradise for a lifetime of access with 25 years guaranteed and underpinned by the property assets and villas. Benefits include -

What kind of homes and destinations does The Club offer? Our model is a simple one. Buy or build a beach club in an idyllic Caribbean paradise location and then add suites and residences in close proximity to the beach club. Access to the beach club is for both Founder members and members staying in the accommodation. We are currently in Antigua and Barbuda and plan to scale across all of the Caribbean, some of the most sought-after destinations.
All accommodation is hand selected and offers at least a 4**** experience.
We are not a construction or development company. We acquire already existing beach properties and residences and add suites where appropriate.
We have a selection of suites, 2 bed and 3 bed villas all with pools or plunge pools.
From private pools and expansive terraces to ensuite accommodations for every guest, each home is professionally managed and includes housekeeping on demand, and an available on-site team.
Is Le Haus just an idea or is it already a club? Le Haus is an amalgamation of already existing businesses. Treehouse Beach Club is already operational in Antigua and Barbuda and was founded in 2023. Stella’s house is an operational restaurant with rooms in Antigua and Barbuda with the potential to add even more rooms that was founded in 2010.
We have identified a further 8 properties and a restaurant that has been operational for over 40 years, that are all available and ready to be acquired all within 5 – 10mins of the beach club.

How is Le Haus different from using AirBnB or renting luxury vacation homes? AirBnB & renting luxury homes can mean unpredictability — variable pricing, security deposits, hidden cleaning costs, and amenity or villa fees, coupled with inconsistent quality and a lack of reliable support. Le Haus removes these variables. Suites and residences are curated and part of the portfolio. While the amenities may differ, the level of service will always be the same and most importantly you will have already covered the cost of the stay for the rest of your life!,
We also add professional management to include personalized, high-touch pre-trip planning and concierge services. When you travel, you’ll have a dedicated on-site team to manage every detail.
