Bondi Rise Wimbledon
Inspired by the spirit of Bondi Beach, Bondi Rise has opened a new studio in Wimbledon offering over 75 classes per week across Pilates, reformer, barre, and yoga. Founded by Pilates expert Lottie Anderson, Bondi Rise is all about expert-led teaching and moving with intent and purpose. Classes are designed to foster a community and are suitable for beginners and advanced athletes alike. Aside from the Wimbledon studio, there’s also a studio in East Molesey for small group sessions including reformer and mat Pilates.
Collagen has been a beauty buzz word for quite some time now. The protein has been touted as a game changer when it comes to boosting skin hydration and elasticity as well as minimising fine lines. In a bid to stand out in a crowded market, The Naked Pharmacy has unveiled a fuss-free capsule alternative formulated by pharmacists. Powered by clinically studied Collasel® Tripeptide and enhanced with natural vitamin C from amla fruit and bamboo‑derived silicium, these capsules offer easy absorption and fast delivery into the bloodstream, supporting the body from the inside out. Skin benefits aside, Naked Collagen has also been designed to enhance joint suppleness, soothe the gut lining and support connective tissue.
A skincare-makeup hybrid, Dr Barbara Sturm’s Everything Bronzing Drops combine radiance and hydration for a natural, lit-from-within look. The formula features a cocktail of potent ingredients including hydrolyzed yeast extract and avocado oil to hydrate and plump, red clover extract to reduce the appearance of pores, and antioxidant-rich cocoa seed extract to defend against oxidative stress. Bio fermented purslane helps to smooth fine lines while light-reflecting pigments boost luminosity. The best bit? These glistening drops can be mixed with either your moisturiser or foundation.
Hailey Bieber officially put 'glazed' on the map with her glazed doughnut nails and Rhode glazing milk. Joonybyrd has followed suit with their Future Romance Longevity Body Glaze - a biotechnology-driven, hydrating formula designed to support long-term skin health, resilience and radiance. Jam-packed with ingredients such as grape stem cell-derived exosomes, adaptogenic botanicals and nootropics, maize kernel sugar and seven molecular weights of hyaluronic acid, this serum-lotion hybrid promises healthy, radiant skin with a glossy finish. Nourishing skin benefits aside, Joonbyrd’s body glaze boasts a banana woods fragrance teeming with juicy notes such as peach, banana, musk and tonka bean.
Cook's Club and The Self Love Lab's New Wellness Experience in Crete
Cook’s Club Hersonissos is teaming up with wellness brand, The Self Love Lab, for a four-day experience from 25-28 May. Guests at the hotel in Crete will be invited to take part in a number of wellbeing practices rooted in intentional self-care and mindful reset. Think yoga, Pilates and thought-provoking workshops. The immersive experience features a curated programme led by leading UK-based practitioners Zehra Ibrahim (founder of The Self Love Lab), Emily Lisanti and Lauren Naiomi.
Founded by WeWork founder Miguel McKelvey and digital entrepreneurs Arnold Fomété and David Vioque, Unbound is striving to demystify preventive health, making it more accessible and approachable for everyday people. Their first physical space, located in East London, is a reimagining of the typical health experience. Incorporating both wellness and culture, the space combines a café, a testing studio, and an event space. This goes hand-in-hand with their digital platform which "turns personalised insights into daily rituals and shared accountability". It is the only service that combines clinical blood biomarker testing, performance analysis, mental wellbeing screening and social connectedness.
Swiss beauty and longevity brand, NIANCE, was developed alongside scientists, dermatologists and biologists, taking a research-led approach that focuses on the biological processes associated with ageing rather than surface-level beauty concerns alone. They've expanded their offering with two new products: the Holistic Body Reset and the Premium Glacier Facial Oil.
The Holistic Body Reset: More sophisticated than a traditional supplement, the Holistic Body Reset is designed around a sequence of "clear, unburden and re-ignite", helping the body to restore balance and vitality from a deeper physiological level. Taking just one tablet a day, the supplement felt like a gradual uplift rather than a caffeine hit. It provided that 'reset' feeling and overall made me feel lighter in the gut, clearer in the mind, less sluggish, and more energised.
Premium Glacier Facial Oil:
Designed as a fast-absorbing active facial oil rather than a traditional rich oil, NIANCE's premium glacier facial oil helps to stimulate skin renewal and bolster the skin's barrier for a smoother, firmer complexion. The formula boasts a combination of potent ingredients including Stoechiol®, which reduces facial micro-tension, and Bakuchiol - a gentler alternative to retinol that helps to smooth fine lines and boost elasticity. The oil feels incredibly luxurious thanks in part to its lightweight texture which absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves a healthy, non-oily glow. Two months of use left my skin feeling softer and more nourished. My pores never got clogged, my overall complexion felt brighter, and the Bakuchiol element improved texture without triggering irritation and dryness.
Rheal is a UK wellness brand built around making superfoods and functional nutrition easier to incorporate into everyday life. Their philosophy centres on supporting wellbeing from the inside out through natural, nutrient-dense ingredients. They've recently expanded their offering to include targeted capsules, hydration blends, functional drinks, and wellness shots.
Rheal Wellness Shots Variety Pack: These feel like the ultimate wellness boost for those who don't have time for complicated routines. The small shot format made them incredibly easy to have at mealtimes or toss in a bag for busy days. They're cold-pressed rather than overly concentrated, with flavours that feel fresh, vibrant, and juicy. The Ginger Zing had a real kick to it, replacing the need for a coffee first thing. The Blueberry Beets - packed with guarana to support alertness - provided a smoother release of energy and focus throughout the day. The Berry Biotic woke up my digestive system, while the Super Greens felt like a quick nutritional reset - ideal after travel, busy weeks or those periods when your body needs more goodness. I found that these were best served straight from the fridge over ice cubes - totally refreshing and akin to mini wellness juices.
Rheal Clean Greens Berry: Designed to support immunity, energy and digestion, Rheal's range of Clean Greens combine organic ingredients such as wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella and moringa. New for this month is the berry flavour, which boasts a fruity freshness without the earthy taste you'd usually expect from green powders. When served cold with water and ice, it felt surprisingly refreshing and almost like a healthy summer drink rather than a supplement. In lieu of a quick buzz, the blend provided a balanced dose of energy throughout the day.
Rheal Daily Hydration Raspberry:
Formulated with natural electrolytes from pink Himalayan Salt, coconut water and sea minerals, Rheal's Daily Hydration is jam-packed with sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium to regulate fluid balance in the body and support muscle and nerve function. The raspberry flavour wasn't overly sweet or artificial like some electrolyte drinks, and when mixed with water, felt super refreshing and light. It was very easy to incorporate into my daily routine thanks to the easy sachet format which I mixed with 500ml of cold water. I found that it worked perfectly first thing in the morning, in the sauna, before a workout, or during busy workdays when hydration tends to slip.
Fussy ensures sustainability fits seamlessly into everyday routines with its refill-first approach. Their philosophy is simple: create products that are kinder to both your body and the planet, with naturally derived, skin-friendly formulas and refillable systems designed to reduce single-use plastic. The range includes refillable deodorants, hand wash, and body wash that make eco-conscious choices feel easy rather than inconvenient.
Fussy Body Wash, Hand Wash & Deodorant: Fussy proves that everyday essentials can still feel elevated. The Body Wash - made with 98% naturally derived ingredients and a prebiotic formula - felt nourishing and gentle, leaving skin clean, soft and hydrated. Its coconut scent was light and fresh, adding a subtle tropical element to morning showers. Another surprise favourite was the Hand Wash. Despite being one of those products that you rarely think about, Fussy's iteration left my hands feeling soft and comfortable after repeated use. Finally, the refillable deodorant stood out for its sleek reusable case and natural aluminium-free formula. Collectively, they felt like easy switches that fit naturally into everyday life - thoughtful products that happen to be better for both your skin and the environment.
PHC Clinics is built around the belief that healthcare should be personalised, preventative and focused on identifying root causes rather than simply managing symptoms. Bringing together specialists across functional medicine, diagnostics, nutrition and precision health, their approach uses advanced testing and individual health analysis to understand each person's unique physiology. Rather than asking “what works for everyone?”, PHC focuses on “what works for you” - delivering a highly tailored, data-led approach designed around the individual rather than broad, one-size-fits-all healthcare
PHC Clinics: PHC takes a whole-body approach to health, looking beyond symptoms in isolation and combining diagnostics, expert insight and specialist support to build a more complete picture of an individual’s health. Using personalised testing and deeper health analysis - from biomarkers and lifestyle factors to wider health data - their approach is designed to create bespoke pathways tailored specifically to the individual. From fatigue and hormone imbalances to digestive issues and long-term pain, PHC encourages individuals to identify the root cause of symptoms before exploring suitable solutions.
Elevate was created with a mission to redefine wellness on-the-go, offering a healthier alternative to the highly processed, sugar-heavy drinks that dominate grab-and-go culture. Founded by Julia Baldet after she struggled to find genuinely healthy options that fit into busy city life, the concept combines convenience with functional nutrition, resulting in smoothies that support energy, focus, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Having recently opened its new location in Selfridges Foodhall, Elevate feels like a fresh addition to London’s wellness scene, bringing a more thoughtful, nutrition-led approach to smoothies.
Elevate Yuzu Glow: I tried the Selfridges-exclusive Yuzu Glow, which felt like a wellness-beauty hybrid. Made with pineapple, mango, passionfruit and yuzu, alongside marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, biotin and vitamin D, the ingredients felt carefully considered. At 258 calories, it felt light and energising - ideal as a pre-workout boost, post-gym pick-me-up or a mid-afternoon lift during busy city days. Yuzu gave it a fresher citrus edge, while the collagen and added vitamins brought that “glowing inside-out” feel. Most importantly, it tasted genuinely delicious and boosted by energy knowing I'd done something good for my body.
