The hotel's restaurant has recently been renovated and renamed the King & Lamb, after it's founder. The new head chef will not only be responsible for all aspects of food at Stoke Place, he will also be involved in the restoration of the Victorian Kitchen Gardens. General Manager Adam Salter said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome David Jaram as Stoke Place’s Head Chef. David is passionate about flavour and allowing excellent quality, local ingredients to really speak for themselves”
Stoke Place has undergone heavy refurbishment, yet still displays its original period features, creating a perfect mixture of modern and traditional decoration, and making for a elegant and stylish venue for weddings and parties. With 39 uniquely decorated bedrooms and 10 garden rooms in a secluded orchard, and located only 30 minutes outside London, Stoke Place is the ideal destination for a romantic, idyllic weekend away.
Located within 26 acres of peaceful parkland, Stoke Place is one of the Cairn Group’s handpicked ‘Cairn Collection Hotels’, selected for it's outstanding location and history.
