As a rapidly growing market, there has never been a better time for Qatar to enter the global yachting arena. The region’s prime location aligns well with the maritime industry, operating as a gateway to the Gulf’s luxury market. What’s more, Qatar's wealth is projected to skyrocket by 5.1% annually, reaching an eye-watering $388 billion by 2027. Furthermore, Qatar’s consumer spending capacity is poised to hit a staggering $91.03 billion by 2029. With that in mind, there’s been no better time for the great and the good of the yachting community to descend upon Qatar.

Visitors descending on the show will be able to see world-class superyachts and boats, innovations and entertainment against the picturesque backdrop of Old Doha Port. Once a historic commercial port, this formally quaint neighbourhood has undergone extensive transformation into a bustling tourist landmark, making it an impressive setting for the show. Spanning an impressive 800,000 square-metres, Old Doha Port is equipped with a staggering 450 berths, built to accommodate boats up to 160 metres in size, demonstrating its allure and capacity to attract the global yachting community.
Making its debut for the first time, The Qatar Boat Show has drawn plenty of interest around the world and secured a fleet of esteemed sponsors including Qatar Airways and Visit Qatar.

The event is a collaboration between Old Doha Port and Gulf Marine Services LLC, set to feature local, regional, and international yachting brands, shipyards, boat owners and enthusiasts in a bid to foster economic growth and boost tourism. Yachting enthusiasts will be delighted to meet some of the world’s most esteemed yacht brands during the show, including Heesen Yachts, Sunreef Yachts, Sunseeker and Turquoise Yachts to name but a few.
