Celebrated worldwide on 22 April each year, World Earth Day helps to raise awareness about urgent environmental issues and encourages a broader conservation about how we can create a more sustainable future. As the beauty and wellness industry continues to adapt, discover our round-up of the best products to shop now.

World Earth Day is once again upon us. The annual event was first introduced on 22 April 1970 as a way to drum up support for environmental protection. While the event brings together communities through tree planting, cleanups and advocacy, it also provides the opportune moment to reassess how we can all adjust our routines to better protect our planet and tackle overconsumption.

The beauty and wellness industry notably impacts our environment, especially when it comes to packaging. According to the British Beauty Council, 95% of cosmetic packaging is thrown away. Many brands are thankfully addressing issues such as these with innovative solutions such as refill products, recycled packaging and natural ingredients.
