This fabulous eight-bedroom villa is set in the heart of Chianti just 30 minutes from Florence, San Gimignano, and Siena therefore offering easy access to the airport as well as some of the region’s most renowned towns and landmarks. Situated on a hilltop with far reaching views over the Tuscan countryside, the property consists of a historic watch tower and adjoining barn linked by a contemporary glass corridor. Sleeping up to 16 guests, the property features a state-of-the-art kitchen plus split level terraces for relaxing and entertaining along with a heated infinity pool not to mention a fantastic concierge service as and when required.
The beautifully restored exclusive use property sleeps up to 16 guests which comprises two ancient buildings linked together by a glass corridor. Originally an old watch tower and hay barn, the two buildings now come together to offer seven ensuite bedrooms, a state of the art kitchen, large dining room for 16 guests and several spacious living rooms offering amazing views through arched feature windows, full TV & music entertainment system and a fire for cooler months of the year.
Every bedroom has been tastefully transformed using a neutral, earthy colour palate and offers luxurious Frette bedlinen, air conditioning, Dyson hairdryers, bathrobes, slippers and decadent bathroom amenities to ensure guests are well rested and feel completely at home.
Outside, the villa has an additional self contained bedroom suite at pool level with small kitchenette perfect for additional guests or staffing. The pretty, typical Tuscan gardens provide roses, jasmine and large pots of olive trees and are beautifully landscaped over terraced levels to create a variety of spaces to enjoy alfresco dining, aperitifs, sunbathing, morning pilates or relaxation.
The stunning heated infinity pool offers beautiful views across the valley to San Gimignano with sun loungers and a cooling outdoor shower nearby.
With easy access to the main kitchen the stylish outdoor kitchen at the rear of the garden provides guests with a BBQ and pizza oven and further dining area.

CONDITION
Bookings are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, with arrivals accepted after 4pm and departures requested by 10am.
Daily housekeeping up to 2 hours is included except Sundays and bank holidays. Additional cleaning will be charged or can be pre booked should further assistance be needed daily.
MINIMUM STAYS
The minimum stay is 7 nights year round but may be negotiable in low season on request.
