These retreats are bespoke to you and highly personalised, however to make it easier for client's to navigate these workshops, our partner has created two different itineraries - 1 day or 3 day retreats.
1 Day Retreat
Do you feel too busy most of the time and tired too? So many people needing you?
You ask yourself: ‘Why can’t I have one day to myself with people helping ME to take the stress out of my life’?
This one full day retreat is about absorbing, enjoying and gaining useful skills that you can take back into your daily life to help with that feeling of being overwhelmed.
Following the success of their three-day retreat in early summer, our partner realised that even one day with their inspiring practitioners would help to recalibrate a more balanced life.
There will be classes in breathing, voice and communication that help with relaxation and mood, the Alexander technique that improves posture, Qi Gong that physically exercises the body’s organs as well as the mind and talks on aspects of health, nutrition, skincare.

The mind-body nature of our programme combined with the expertise of our practitioners, lends itself to creating a positive and relaxing environment centred on encouraging and supporting the group as a whole.
Group Retreat Goals
The founders and practitioners of this programme are striving to create a new concept for corporate retreats that can ultimately boost the morale and productivity of your employees and all individuals alike.
They have created a range of practices to successfully optimise your health, sleep habits, how you eat, your attitude and beliefs about yourselves and your habits. These techniques encourage greater mental clarity and improve physical stamina that, in turn, have a range of benefits to enhance individual and team skills-building.
They believe that good health is a necessity but is also a luxury.
Through guided Tai-Chi and Qigong and other illuminating sessions as well as discussions and talks given by specialist practitioners together with a properly regulated nutritious diet, bodies and minds are detoxified in a safe and comfortable environment – as they get back to basics in the beautiful surrounding nature.
This programme aims to give its guests the best opportunity to recalibrate their life/work balance in a healthy manner, along with gaining knowledge and tools to make sustainable choices about living healthily and enjoyably in every way into the future.
Where you stay
This retreat takes place in an inspiring, relaxing, peaceful, not too formal, comfortable environment, and not far from the city of London.
The setting is located in South Downs in East Sussex and just an hour’s train ride from London followed by a 4-minute car ride from the station. There are lovely walks through woods and fields but also tranquil places to sit with your own thoughts or share with others. Meal times will be taken together either inside or outside on the terrace depending on the weather.
