Sat at the end of the world where the last continental mountains meet the Antarctic sea at Ushuaia, Cerro Castor enjoys thigh-high snow, 30 km of off-piste and unparalleled views not known to the world and mostly enjoyed by locals.

Due to its location on the edge of Antarctica, Cerro Castor guarantees deep snow and cold temperatures with the longest winter-sport season in the world. Although smaller than other South American resorts, it’s off-the-grid feel and atmosphere makes up for the long trip and fewer hours of light. The southern winter season runs from June until late September, making it a perfect skiing escape during the northern summer months.
