During our stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing the Enchanted Castle suite, which turned our visit into a magical adventure. This interactive room is filled with delightful surprises, from a trumpet on the castle’s upper deck that changes voices to a button in the parents’ room that plays a welcoming trumpet fanfare. The mural wall reveals hidden UV elements for children to discover at bedtime, and costumes spark their imaginations even further. With stunning views of Victoria Peak, the Mid-levels district, and Hong Kong Park, families can create unforgettable memories in this uniquely enchanting space.

Meal times are no longer a hassle here on the family floor; they've become something to eagerly anticipate. The fully stocked kitchen, also known as the ‘Grand and Go’ corner, is a parent's delight, with a fridge that's regularly replenished with an array of juices, waters, and other beverages, along with freshly made sandwiches, pastas, vegetables, fruits, and desserts on a daily rotation. Across from the kitchen, a tempting display of sweet and savory treats is beautifully presented in glass containers. Kids will be thrilled to know that at 5 o'clock each day, an ice cream trolley awaits at the entrance, ready for them to enjoy their daily scoop. Food can either be taken into the guests room or eaten leisurely on the floor’s Sitting Room which overlooks the panoramic city views. 

Guests staying on the family floor can participate in daily workshops and activities. During our stay, our children particularly enjoyed a soap-making workshop and various craft activities. When they weren't engrossed in these activities, they were either happily playing with the toys and crafts available in the Workshop Room or heading up to the fun-filled waterplay area located on the hotel’s rooftop. This interactive waterplay area is a fun little escape, where children can splash about whilst parents can relax on sun loungers or take a dip in the pool whilst enjoying a cold beverage.

One of our favorite aspects of the family floor is its interconnecting rooms and the hotel's meticulous attention to aesthetics. They have created an interactive and beautifully designed environment that serves as a welcoming sanctuary after a bustling day exploring the city.
