Think seared scallops, linguine with fresh clams and monkfish, grilled lobster, slow-cooked lamb stew and juicy king crab served in a rich bisque.
The MANTRA buffet restaurant is a go-to for relaxed breakfasts and dinners. Expect transportative dishes, live cooking stations and bold flavours from across the globe including Japan, Peru, Mexico, Italy and the Middle East.

During my stay I was treated to a mollifying aloe vera 'repair' massage that did well to soothe the muscles and instil a sense of calm.
