About This Tomorrowland Belgium Experience
Tomorrowland is an international electronic dance music festival held in Boom, Belgium, situated within the recreational park lands of De Schorre, where the festival takes place each year. First organised in 2005 by brothers Manu and Michiel Beers, the gathering attracted nearly 140,000 visitors in its first year and has since built a long-running story in the small town where the festival is located. The gathering has grown into one of the largest music festivals globally, with Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 taking place over two weekends in July, with dates set for Friday to Sunday, July 17-19, and Friday to Sunday, July 24-26, making Saturday and Sunday the core peak days for both weekends.
The event features over 500 artists across more than 15 stages, with the iconic Mainstage presenting massive digital projection mapping, structural set designs, and synchronised pyrotechnics. The festival emphasises an immersive, narrative-driven environment, with the 2026 theme, Consciencia, representing a new frontier in the Tomorrowland universe through a surreal and mythological visual aesthetic, while welcoming an international audience from across the globe to its temporary festival community known as DreamVille on the Tomorrowland site. From there, the brand kept expanding: TomorrowWorld, an American spin-off, launched for the first time in September 2013; Tomorrowland Brasil first took place in April 2015 in São Paulo, Brazil, and sold out quickly; Tomorrowland Winter made its debut in March 2019 in Alpe d'Huez, France; and Tomorrowland Thailand is scheduled for December 2026, with more planning updates likely by November.
