Celebrate a storied American New Year tradition at the Rose Bowl Game from the comfort of premium stadium hospitality in Pasadena.

The Rose Bowl Game remains one of the most respected traditions in collegiate sports, and the rose bowl stadium, long tied to the tournament of roses, hosts the annual rose bowl game on January 1, a date that helps define its place in college football history; the rose parade and its iconic roses are central to that identity. Built in 1922, the venue hosted its first game on October 28, 1922, and was officially dedicated on January 1, 1923.

About This Experience

This experience delivers premium seating that elevates the game-day environment, away from the standard stadium crowds, within a venue that UCLA reports at an official capacity of 91,136, including seating that wraps toward the end zone. Its maximum capacity was 104,091 from 1972 to 1997, it hosted 105,464 attendees for the 1976 game, and capacity was reduced to 69,747 in 2021.

The stadium lies at 1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, in the city of Pasadena, about 2 miles from Old Town Pasadena. It is commonly referred to as one of the largest stadiums in college football history, though Michigan Stadium later surpassed it.

Held beneath the San Gabriel Mountains in Pasadena in Southern California, within the greater Los Angeles area in California, the afternoon match-up draws traditionalists and sports enthusiasts alike, and the stadium has been home to the UCLA Bruins since 1982, with major football teams also shaping its legacy, including in UCLA-USC settings. The game was originally played at tournament park prior to the current stadium, which was designed by architect Myron Hunt. The horseshoe layout was enclosed into a full bowl in 1928, marking the beginning of the form most fans recognise today.

The stadium continues to host marquee events, and rose bowl hosted the 1994 FIFA World Cup Final as well as five Super Bowls, while major concerts have also been played here over the past decades. The venue also hosts the annual Turkey Tussle football game as a local tradition. The venue is also expected to host events during the 2028 Summer Olympics. Witnessing the game live offers a front-row view of sporting history within an atmosphere of pure Americana.
