La Dolce Vita
Mayfair hotspot, Nipotina, is celebrating its first anniversary this month via a special collaboration with chef, writer and Founder of Saucy, Nina Parker. Running from 11-17 November, guests can enjoy a four-course ‘Feast For Friends’ featuring beef carpaccio, fresh lasagna, braised cod and girolles mushrooms paired with polenta.

Coastal Cuisine
Iconic London restaurant, Sale e Pepe, is set to launch a new branch at the Langham later this month. Taking inspiration from Italian coastal dining, Sale e Pepe Mare will serve up breakfast, lunch and dinner classics with a seafood twist. Expect to feast on linguine all’aragosta and new creations such as toro grasso (fatty bluefin tuna on baked brioche with confit tomato and garlic).

Fine Dining Finessed
Matt Abé, former chef patron of three-Michelin starred Restaurant, Gordon Ramsay, has opened his first solo restaurant in Mayfair. Housed at the site of the former Le Gavroche, Bonheur by Matt Abé will spotlight the finest ingredients from the British Isles. Guests can opt for a personalised experience via an à la carte or explore curated tasting menus: the 5-course Journey or the 7-course Dream.

East London Cool
Dalston, the hub of all things hip and happening in London, has welcomed a new bar and kitchen called Squeeze. Spread across the basement, ground and rooftop levels of Staycity Dalston, this all-day dining venue is a social hub, bringing together locals and visitors alike. Expect baked treats, draft beers from 40ft Brewery, regular events, DJ nights, book clubs, a chess set and an array of playful board games.

Turkish Delight
A new modern Turkish restaurant will open its doors this November in the heart of Canary Wharf. The brainchild of brothers Ozgur and Sidar Akyuz, Nora promises to be a celebration of Istanbul’s dynamism. Sesame and caraway pide breads will sit alongside dishes including spiced lamb börek and crab rice dolma with preserved tomato and white carrot foam.

Match Made in Heaven
How Matcha! has opened a second outpost in Notting Hill. Situated on 52 Ledbury Road, the community-driven cafe spans an impressive three floors with a dedicated Zen Room, and a Tatami Tea Room complete with traditional Japanese seating. The menu will feature fan favourites such as the Wasabi Matcha Shot and the Immune Matcha laced with cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, honey and bee pollen.
