The Concorso is a discerning competition where guests can witness the judging of world-class automobiles by an expert jury across curated categories, with each gara assessed for preservation, beauty, and history. The event is structured into eight vehicle classes and presents eight award categories. These classes trace a century of mechanical evolution.
The program also typically includes special exhibitions built around specific anniversaries. There is also a public vote for the Trofeo dei Ragazzi. The Trofeo del Presidente is presented by Helmut Käs. The Trofeo Il Canto del Motore recognises the best engine sound. The Best of Show winner receives a 1815 chronograph from Lange. For scale, 59 vehicles were counted for the 2026 edition. The atmosphere is one of serene elegance and high-society networking, complementing the vehicle displays with gourmet dining, polished wheels, and unparalleled views across Lake Como.
